Objektivi

Qëllimi i këtij eventi është të prezantojë strategjinë e Unionit të Kursimeve dhe Investimeve të BE-së, qëllimet dhe iniciativat e saj të parashikuara, si dhe implikimet e tyre për sistemin aktual financiar.

Edhe pse do të trajtohen masat jo-legjislative të propozuara sipas SIU-së, konferenca përqendrohet në veprimet e parashikuara legjislative dhe ndikimin e tyre në kuadrin rregullator në tregjet financiare dhe sektorin bankar të BE-së dhe implikimet e tyre të ardhshme. Temat kryesore që do të diskutohen në këtë event përfshijnë: themelet, arkitekturën ligjore dhe qëllimet e aspiruara të SIU-së së BE-së, pjesëmarrjen e shitjes me pakicë në tregjet e kapitalit, bankat dhe SIU-në, integrimin e tregut në BE dhe SIU-në dhe kontributin e arkitekturës mbikëqyrëse në integrim.

WIPO - Organizata Boterore e Pronesise Intelektuale2025 WIPo Intellectual Property Judges Forum The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is organizing the 2025 WIPO Intellectual Property Judges Forum, which will take place on Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in a hybrid format (in person at WIPO Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and virtually on the Zoom platform). The annual Forum, a flagship event organized by the WIPO Judicial Institute, serves as a platform for the exchange of information and practices on issues of common concern in the adjudication of intellectual property disputes amongst national and regional judiciaries. In 2024, the Forum brought together 430 judges from 107 national and regional jurisdictions, to engage with their global peers on topical issues in intellectual property law. The program for the 2025 Forum is available on the WIPO website at https://www.wipo.int/judgesforum2025. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. We have the pleasure to invite members of Albanian judiciary to participate in the Forum, and I am attaching an email invitation that may be used to transmit information on the Forum, including registration details, to interested judges in Albania. With a view to encouraging open, judge-to-judge dialogue, participation in the Forum will be limited to members of the judiciary and members of quasi-judicial, administrative tribunals that are active in adjudicating intellectual property disputes. EIPA - Master of European Legal Studies (MELS)

The Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs offers a number of scholarships to enroll in and follow EIPA's Master of European Legal Studies (MELS).

The target group this Master aims at is the employees of the national public administration.

The master is a 2-year programme, delivered fully online, with teaching sessions once per month (Thursday and Friday afternoons, and all-day Saturday). It is designed for professionals and does not require a legal background. The programme is taught in English and French, so a good knowledge of both languages is required. Although the programme is online, the scholarships cover the cost of participating in 2–3 in-person events in Luxembourg per academic year.

Interested candidates should submit their applications by the 15th of June.
