  • Report on the evaluation of candidates who have applied for admission in the Initial Formation, for the Academic Year 2020 – 2021
 
The Steering Council of the School of Magistrates, in the meeting of the date 19.06.2020, called by its vice-head, the General Prosecutor Mr. Olsian Çela, had a séance in a debate format. After the presentation of reports of the preliminary evaluation of candidates that will take part in the admission test for the academic year 2020 – 2021, that is going to be done on 26 and 29 June 2020, by the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council, the Steering Council:
 
-          Considered with responsibility all the matters presented in the two corresponding reports;
-          Appreciated according to them, the reports prepared by the School of Magistrates, and other acts that were accompanying documents of today’s meeting agenda.
 
The concern of members of the Steering Council had to do with the necessity that the competition process of candidates should be as competitive as possible to enable the achieving of a qualitative result of competitors.
 
The Steering Council:
 
-          Embraced the expressed idea;
-          Gave recommendations under the spirit of public interests and of the necessities of justice reform, intending the providing of larger inflows of candidates, a result that is intended after a huge awareness campaign undertaken in the last year by the authorities of the School of Magistrates;
-          Recommended the reevaluation under this spirit of other candidates that have applied to take part in the test of 26 and 29 June 2020.
 
Under this concern of the High Judicial Council and of the High Prosecutorial Council, members of the Steering Council:
 
-          Fully understood the increasing needs of the system of justice; 
-          Fully understood the essential and necessary rivalry to achieve the desired results;
-          Considered impartially the work experiences of candidates; & 
-          Under the necessity of institutional and professional cooperation between organs involved in this debate, recommended to the Director on duty of the School of Magistrates, unanimously, the individual reevaluation of the qualities of competing candidates over this public necessity.
 
Based on what is said above, the Commission for the verification of documents for the registration process:
 
-          Met online; &
-          Was presented by the Director on duty of the School with Verdict no. 14, date 19.06.2020 of the Steering Council of the School of Magistrates.
 
The Commission is composed of:
 
·         Mr. Vangjel Kosta, Home lecturer of the School of Magistrates;
·         Mrs. Laura Pupa (Mehmetllari), Responsible of the Sector of Initial Formation, School of Magistrates;
·         Mrs. Erjola Mura, Scientific secretary of Initial Formation;
·         Mrs. Jonida Dragoti, Scientific secretary of Initial Formation;
·         Mrs. Irisi Asllanaj, Informatics specialist.
 
This Commission was also acquainted with: 
 
-          The spirit of discussions of today’s meeting of the Steering Council;  
-          The individual complaints of the initial disqualified ones.
 
And, after their discussions, finally decided: 
 
-          To include in the list of competitors of the admission test of the School of Magistrates, all the registered applicants.
 
The School of Magistrates believes that by providing more present competitors is going to be supplemented the content of the competition and the quality of its results.
