The School of Magistrates in collaboration with OSCE organized in Vlora, on 13 and 14 June 2016, the activity on topic: “The role of the imprisonment sentences in the preventing struggle and the rehabilitation of detainees. The role of the proof service in the system of penal justice. Reports of the proof service in the preliminary phase of investigation, in the judicial process, in the execution of penal sentences and after the release from prison. Cooperation prosecution – proof service, court – proof service, etc.” In panel were the experts Mr. Admir Belishta and Mrs. Marsida Xhaferllari, Mrs. Adelajda Gjuzi in the role of the facilitator and was moderated by Mr. Vangjel Kosta. The activity was greeted from the representative of the OSCE, Mr. Pietro Sardaro, from the Director of the School of Magistrates, Mr. Sokol Sadushi and from the Director of the Proof Service Mr. Ilir Qafa.
