Subject:  Notification on the date of the written evaluation (test) and of the structured oral interview, on the acceptance in the civil service, for the competition of 1 (one) vacancy in the position of Specialist of archive-protocol/Director’s secretary, with candidates.

 

In the application of the Law no.152/2013, on the civil clerk, changed, and of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no.243, date 18.3.2015, on the acceptance, parallel motion, period of proof and nomination in the executive category, for the competition of 1 (one) vacancy in the position of Specialist of archive-protocol/Director’s secretary, is notified as follows: 

 

For the notified competition for the position of Specialist of archive-protocol/Director’s secretary, in the School of Magistrates, of candidacies presented, Mrs. Alma Dushku and Mrs. Suela Fetau are in terms of the notification of the date 15.8.2019.

 

After the preliminary verification on the accomplishment of general and specific requirements established in the notification for competition, was noticed that the candidates meet the conditions for acceptance in the civil service and in the application of Law no. 152/2013, on the civil clerk, of Chapter IV, acceptance in the civil service, of the Article 22 and of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no. 243, date 18.3.2015, on the acceptance, parallel motion, period of proof and nomination in the executive category, this procedure is ended with 2 (two) valid candidacies, after the procedure of preliminary evaluation, who are:

 

1. Mrs. Alma Dushku

2. Mrs. Suela Fetau

 

As above mentioned, is notified that:

 

-          The written evaluation (test) will be done on 18.9.2019, at 10:30, in the School of Magistrates.

 

-          The oral interview will be done on 18.9.2019, at 13.00, in the School of Magistrates. 

 

The above mentioned candidacies will be considered valid for this procedure.
