REGULATION OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC TEXTS OF THE SCHOOL OF MAGISTRATES AND OF “JETA JURIDIKE” JOURNAL
 
                                    Article 1 Nature and intention of the publication of texts and of “Jeta juridike”journal
 
 
The School of Magistrates publishes under its name and care “Jeta Juridike” journal, a three-monthly journal, published in English and in Albanian languages.
 
1.2    The School of Magistrates publishes texts and books which treat legal problems linked with the curricula of subjects and courses of the initial and continuous training of judges and prosecutors, intending the unification and the analysis of national and international judicial practice. This means that texts of publicistic, historic and of completely theoretical character not illustrated by judicial practice are not in the object and intention of School’s editions.
 
1.3 Texts of the program of the initial and continuous education of the School of Magistrates will be considered scientific texts and will be published under the direction and care of this institution when they meet the criteria of the article 4 of this Regulation.
 
1.4 The publication of texts and of the journal intends to complete the judicial literature with practical and theoretical knowledge in the help of judges, prosecutors who are recently studying to the School of Magistrates, as well as in the help of judges and prosecutors in duty, of lawyers and of other representatives of legal professions in the process of the continuous formation. Also the journal serves to lawyers, jurists and to students of justice faculty to encourage judicial discussions and debate, to give information on the news in legislation, to offer knowledge on institutes of the law in a comparative view, as well as to give information on the activities of the School of Magistrates into the ground of continuous and initial formation of judges and prosecutors. More...
