On invitation of the University of Florence, Department of Legal Sciences, the School Director, Mr. Sokol Sadushi is invited to hold a speech and participate in the works of the Scientific Conference “Legal Culture and the Constitutional Reform in Albania – Itineraries and perspectives between European models and the national specifics”. This Scientific Conference is held in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Italy.

Various sub-topics will be treated in the conference and more specifically:

-          A century of legal culture between Italy and Albania

-          Organization, powers and role of the High Judicial Council in Albania

-          The Italian model of auto-government of magistracy

-          Organization, powers and role of the High Prosecutorial Council in Albania

-          Novelties and challenges of the functioning of the High Inspectorate of Justice in the disciplinary proceedings against judges

-          Perspective of the Advocacy
